Chicago, July 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $861,000 of 0% uncapped dual directional barrier notes due Feb. 13, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing asset gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of the return of the worst performing asset.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing asset return if the worst performing asset declines but finishes at or above the 72.95% barrier.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it ends below the barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
