Lordstown Motors’ official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., July 11 – Lordstown Motors Corp.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The three members are Barry L. Leonard & Co. Inc., based in Winston-Salem, N.C., Superior Cam Inc., based in Madison Heights, Mich., and SA Automotive Ltd., based in Webberville, Mich.
The Lordstown, Ohio-based electric vehicle maker filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 27 under case number 23-10831.
