New Issue: Thailand’s LPN Development issues 300 million baht 3¾% bonds

New York, Dec. 15 – LPN Development PCL issued 300 million baht of 3¾% four-year debentures in a private placement to institutional and major investors, according to an announcement from the company.

The debentures were sold at par.

Phatra Securities PCL was the distributor.

The debentures account for the remaining amount of a 2 billion baht issuance program authorized by shareholders at the annual meeting in 2010. LPN Development has previously issued 1.7 billion baht of debentures in nine offerings.

LPN Development is a Bangkok-based developer of residential condominiums.
