S&P affirms LUKoil

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed OAO LUKoil's BBB- long-term corporate credit rating and ruAA+ Russia national scale rating.

The outlook is stable.

The affirmation reflects LUKoil's adequate liquidity position and the anticipation that the company will extend the terms of its credit lines over the next several weeks and that its management will undertake a more conservative approach to liquidity management, S&P said.
