Los Angeles County Metro Transportation defeases $86.18 million bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 18 – The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority defeased $86,175,000 of Union Station Gateway Project general revenue refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The following bonds will be redeemed on the dates listed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $23.2 million of series 2004-A bonds on Jan. 6, 2016;

• $$22,725,000 of series 2004-B bonds on Jan. 4, 2016;

• $20,125,000 of series 2004-C bonds on Jan. 5, 2016; and

• $20,125,000 of series 2004-D bonds on Jan. 7, 2016.
