U.S. Trustee appoints Logan’s Roadhouse unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, Aug. 19 – Logan’s Roadhouse, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are David Byrnes Jr. of National Retail Properties, Inc. of Orlando, Fla.; Sean McLaughlin of Cintas Corp., based in Durham, N.C.; S. Curtis Marshall of the Coca-Cola Co., based in Atlanta; Brad Boe of Performance Food Group, Inc. of Lebanon, Tenn.; and class action named plaintiff W. Cody Bolen.

Logan’s, a Nashville-based restaurant chain, filed bankruptcy on Aug. 8. The Chapter 11 case number is 16-11819.
