Lloyds Bank to redeem some 0% notes due 2045 on Jan. 30

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 8 – Lloyds Bank plc is redeeming its 0% notes due 2045 (ISIN: XS116918862) for a purchase price of 123.726369 per bond, or $389,738,062.35, according to a regulatory release.

The securities will be redeemed early on Jan. 30, when they will also be delisted.

Lloyds is a bank and financial services group based in London.
