By Sara Rosenberg
New York, Feb. 13 – Liquidnet Holdings Inc. launched on Tuesday a $195 million first-lien term loan with price talk of Libor plus 375 basis points with a 1% Libor floor and a par issue price, according to a market source.
The term loan has 101 soft call protection for six months, the source said.
Jefferies LLC is the lead on the deal.
Commitments and consents are due at 11 a.m. ET on Friday, the source added.
Proceeds will be used to reprice an existing term loan down from Libor plus 425 bps with a 1% Libor floor.
Liquidnet is a New York-based regulated agency securities broker.
