LifeVantage gets extension to year’s end to file financial statements

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 26 – LifeVantage Corp. received a limited waiver and extension from its credit facility lender Zions Bank, which gives the company additional time to supply financial statements, according to a press release.

Specifically, the credit facility requires that LifeVantage provide the lender with audited financial statements for the company’s 2016 fiscal year on or before Oct. 28.

Under the waiver, the lender agreed to refrain from exercising its rights and remedies if the company delivers the statements prior to Dec. 31.

LifeVantage previously announced a delay in filing its form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30.

Salt Lake City, Utah-based LifeVantage is a nutraceutical company.
