LifeCare notifies lenders of plans to seek credit facility amendment

New York, Nov. 7 - LifeCare Holdings Inc. notified the lenders under its credit facility on Wednesday that it intends to seek certain amendments to its credit facility, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The facility consists of a term loan with an outstanding principal balance of $249.9 million at Sept. 30 and a revolver.

LifeCare is a Plano, Texas, operator of long-term acute care hospitals.
