Morgan Stanley plans eight-year floating-rate notes linked to Libor

Chicago, Oct. 26 - Morgan Stanley plans to price floating-rate notes due Nov. 9, 2018 linked to Libor, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon will be equal to Libor plus a spread of 150 basis points, with a minimum rate of 3.1% and a maximum of 9%. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes (Cusip 61745ET76) will settle on Nov. 9.
