KKR CLO 12 may redeem six classes of notes in full on Aug. 1

Columbus, Ohio, June 14 – KKR CLO 12 Ltd./KKR CLO 12 LLC gave notice that the portfolio manager and holders of a majority of their subordinated notes are considering a redemption of the co-issuers’ class A-1-R, B-1-R, B-2-R, C-R, D-R and E-R notes.

The notes would redeemed in full on Aug. 1 using refinancing proceeds.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
