KKR CLO 10 directed to redeem seven classes of notes on June 15

Minneapolis, May 8 – KKR CLO 10 Ltd. and KKR CLO 10 LLC received direction from the holders of a majority of their subordinated notes to redeem seven classes of notes via a refinancing, according to a notice.

The issuers will redeem their class A, B-1, B-2, C-1, C-2, D and E notes on June 15.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
