Korea Exchange Bank Credit Service $100-$150 million notes and warrants deal via CSFB

St. Louis, Sept. 17 - Korea Exchange Bank Credit Service Co. Ltd. will take an offering of subordinated fixed-rate notes and warrants (B3/CCC+) on a roadshow during the week of Sept. 22, according to a market source.

The deal will likely price later that week, the source added.

Credit Suisse First Boston will be the bookrunner.
