Atlanta, Nov. 30 - Komodo Inc. said Tuesday it has raised $1 million in a private placement.
The company sold 1 million shares at $1 each and expects to receive the funds from the deal in 60 days.
A total of $337,500 has already been received from the financing, and the company expects the balance to be received by Jan. 29.
The Vancouver, B.C.-based company provides spam and anti-virus software for internet and web-based applications.
