Tacoma, Wash., July 5 - Kingdee International Software Group Co. Ltd. subsidiary Kingdee Software (China) Co., Ltd. priced RMB 480 million of medium-term notes with a three-year tenor, according to a company announcement.
The company received approval from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors of China in May to issue the notes.
The company first announced plans for the notes on Nov. 15, 2011. At the time, it said that China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. would be the lead underwriter and that the proceeds would be used for projects, to reduce financing costs and to improve the company's debt structure.
Kingdee is a software company based in Shenzhen, China.
