SPCP Group buys $5.02 million claim against KB Toys

Pittsburgh, July 12 - SPCP Group, LLC purchased Workflow Solutions LLC's $5.02 million claim against KB Toys, Inc., according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

KB Toys, a Pittsfield, Mass.-based toy retailer, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 14, 2004. Its Chapter 11 case number is 04-10120.
