New Issue: Japan’s Jera issues $300 million 3.665% bonds due 2027

Buffalo, N.Y., April 14 – Jera Co., Inc. issued $300 million of 3.665% bonds due April 14, 2027 (A), according to a listing notice on Thursday.

“The issuance is likely to expand the company's overseas investor base, thereby diversifying its funding sources,” S&P Global Ratings said in a press release.

Listing for the bonds is expected on the Singapore Exchange effective April 18.

Jera is Japan’s largest power generation company.
