Fitch withdraws Jackson preferred rating

Fitch Ratings said it withdrew the BB+ rating assigned to Jackson Financial Inc.'s delayed issuance of series A preferred stock. The ratings previously assigned to Jackson and its insurance operating subsidiaries are unaffected by this rating action.

“The rating has been withdrawn following Jackson's decision to delay the issuance of the series A preferred stock,” the agency said in a press release.
