Los Angeles, Aug. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $150,000 of 0% notes due Aug. 2, 2027 linked to the J.P. Morgan Balanced Value Dividends 5 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times the index gain.
If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
