New Issue: Jefferies sells $75,000 leveraged notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 12 – Jefferies Financial Group Inc. priced $75,000 of 0% leveraged notes due March 28, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 116.25% of the gain in the index. If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss if the index falls by more than 30%.
Jefferies LLC is the agent for distribution.
