New Issue: Kazakhstan’s Baspana sells KZT 3.86 billion more 8½% bonds due 2022

Los Angeles, Jan. 30 – JSC Baspana Mortgage Organisation sold KZT 3,861,000,000 of additional 8½% bonds due Dec. 26, 2022 at a special trading session held on Thursday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notice.
The Almaty, Kazakhstan-based lender had registered to issue KZT 30 billion of the 8½% three-year bonds in December and sold an initial KZT 1,411,000,000 of the bonds.
The add-on bonds were sold at a “clean” price of 94.6364 to yield 10.73%.
The amount sold on Friday represents 100% of the company’s planned placement.
