Just Group’s Partnership Life to redeem all £100 million 9½% notes

New York, Feb. 25 – Just Group plc said that Partnership Life Assurance Co. Ltd. is calling all of its £100 million of 9.5% subordinated notes due 2025 (ISIN: XS1207688919) on March 24.

The notes will be redeemed at their principal amount plus accrued interest, according to a regulatory notice.

Just Group is a financial services group focusing on segments of the retirement income market in the United Kingdom.
