New Issue: JPMorgan prices $31.89 million callable step-up notes due 2039 with 3% initial rate

Chicago, Oct. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $31.89 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Sept. 23, 2039, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate will be 3% initially, stepping up to 3.25% on Sept. 23, 2032, to 3.5% on Sept. 23, 2035 and to 4.5% on Sept. 23, 2038. Interest will be payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par on Sept. 23 of each year from 2021 to 2022, from 2025 to 2028, from 2030 to 2033 and from 2035 to 2038.
