Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.44 million of 0% trigger step securities due Dec. 30, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the underlying index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the gain and the 41% step return.
If the index falls by up to its 75% downside threshold, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.
