JPMorgan plans three-year digital notes on iShares U.S. Real Estate

Chicago, May 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital buffered equity notes due May 26, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares U.S. Real Estate ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund index closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain and the threshold settlement amount of $1,273 to $1,321 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will price on May 22.

The Cusip number is 48129MPJ9.
