Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.79 million of 0% step securities due Sept. 28, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the index return and the step return of 14.5%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
