JPMorgan plans to price 15-month PLUS linked to Topix

Morgantown, W.Va., June 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 3, 2018 linked to the Topix index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple the index return, subject to a maximum payment of at least $11.965 per PLUS.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.

The notes will price on June 16.

The Cusip number is 48129G851.
