JPMorgan pushes up pricing of digital notes on U.S. Real Estate fund

Chicago, Nov. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC pushed up pricing of its 0% digital notes due Dec. 5, 2018 linked to the iShares U.S. Real Estate exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will now price on Nov. 23, pushed up from Nov. 30, and settle on Nov. 29.

As previously announced, if the fund closes at or above initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 22%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
