JPMorgan plans to price digital equity notes linked to S&P 500 index

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due Jan. 9, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,141 to $1,165.80 per $1,000 of notes. The exact threshold settlement amount will be set at pricing.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 15%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 46646ETF9) will price on Aug. 10 and settle on Aug. 17.
