Tacoma, Wash., July 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.15 million of 0% digital equity notes due July 27, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 47%. Otherwise, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the index’s decline.
