New York, Jan. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $314,000 of contingent interest notes due Jan. 7, 2027 linked to the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF and the iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 10.25%, paid quarterly, if each underlying fund closes at or above its 65% coupon barrier on the related quarterly observation date.
If the worst performing ETF finishes at or above its 85% trigger value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent coupon.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing ETF declines from initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
