New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.98 million autocallable accelerated barrier notes linked to Pfizer

New York, Aug. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.98 million of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due Aug. 5, 2026 linked to the common stock of Pfizer Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 15% if the stock closes at or above its initial value on July 31, 2024.

If the stock gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the stock return.

Investors will receive par if the stock declines but ends at or above its 75% barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below the barrier level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
