New Issue: JPMorgan prices $457,000 review notes linked to Russell, EM ETF
Chicago, April 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $457,000 of 0% review notes due May 26, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically starting May 23, 2023 and on any subsequent annual review date at a premium of 16% per year if the worst performing asset closes above its initial value on the successive determination dates.
If not called, and the worst performing asset ends above its 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
