New York, Nov. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.76 million of 0% capped return enhanced notes due April 2, 2024 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the return of the ETF, capped at par plus 41.2%.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
