Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $10.43 million of 0% trigger jump securities due April 3, 2025 linked to the common stock of the Apple Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the stock return is flat or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 42.5%.
The payout will be par if the stock declines by 20% or less. If the stock declines by more than 20%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial price.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent, with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
