Los Angeles, Feb. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $34.25 million of 0% uncapped return enhanced notes due Feb. 10, 2025 linked to the least performing of the ARK Autonomous Technology & Robotics exchange-traded fund, the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF and the ARK Next Generation Internet ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each ETF finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.86 times the gain in the least performing ETF.
If the least performing ETF finishes flat, the payout will be par.
If any ETF finishes below its initial value, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline in the least performing ETF.
