New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.25 million capped buffered equity notes tied to EAFE ETF

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.25 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Dec. 31, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 13.5%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
