Olympia, Wash., May 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $314,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due May 29, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.5%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
