New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.99 million of PLUS due 2019 with cap tied to Stoxx 50

Chicago, Sept. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.99 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 3, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum payment of $12.24 per PLUS.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
