Tacoma, Wash., May 17 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.36 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due May 18, 2021, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 1.75% per year in years one through three, 2% per year in year four, 4% per year in the first half of year five and 6% per year in the last half of year five. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning May 18, 2019, the notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date.
