JPMorgan plans capped enhanced participation notes linked to MSCI EAFE

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Feb. 26 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped enhanced participation equity notes due Sept. 1, 2015 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum settlement of $1,280 to $1,332.50 per $1,000 principal amount. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will share fully in any losses.
The notes (Cusip: 48126N4Y0) are expected to price Feb. 27 and settle March 6.
