JPMorgan plans contingent coupon notes linked to ETF Efficiente 5

Chicago, July 2 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price market-linked notes with contingent coupons due July 31, 2023 linked to the JPMorgan ETF Efficiente 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a coupon at an annualized rate of 4.5% to 5.5% if the index closes at or above the initial level on any quarterly review date. The exact rate will set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 100% of any index gain. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on July 26 and settle on July 31.

The Cusip number is 48126NHJ9.
