New York, Dec. 24 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4,156,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Dec. 27, 2016 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 10.5% per year if the ETF's shares close at or above the initial share price on any of three annual call dates.
If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price is less than the barrier level, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is below the initial share price. The barrier level is 75% of the initial share price.
