New Issue: JPMorgan prices $731,000 capped buffered equity notes on iShares MSCI EM

New York, Oct. 29 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $731,000 of 0% capped buffered equity notes due April 29, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any exchange-traded fund gain, up to a maximum return of 14.8%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the underwriter.
