JPMorgan plans 0% principal-protected notes linked to Nikkei 225, Stoxx 50

Philadelphia, April 3- JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price an issue of 0% principal-protected notes due Oct. 29, 2010 linked to the Nikkei 225 and the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 indexes, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket will be equally weighted.

The notes are expected to price April 25 and settle April 30.

The payout at maturity will be par plus an additional amount that will be determined at pricing and will not be less than 115%. Investors will receive at least par.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will be agent for the offering.
