New York, April 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $19.45 million of 0% capped notes due April 2, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 105% of the return of the index capped at par plus 16.7%. Otherwise the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
