New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.96 million buffered digital notes linked to Dow, Russell, S&P
New York, Nov. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.96 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Dec. 2, 2024 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index’s final level is greater than or equal to 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing index declines beyond 30%.
The notes are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
