Tacoma, Wash., April 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $475,000 of 0% uncapped digital notes due July 25, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 20%. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the index’s decline.
