New Issue: JPMorgan sells $121,000 uncapped accelerated barrier notes linked to Kronos+

Buffalo, N.Y., July 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $121,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due July 3, 2025 linked to the performance of the J.P. Morgan Kronos+ index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.04 times the index return.

If the index falls but finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
